What GariHub does

• Publishes vehicle, spare-part and service listings after review.
• Routes buyer enquiries to the seller or partner by WhatsApp, call or email.
• Provides search, comparison, ownership-cost estimates and AI fit guidance.
• Gives subscribing dealers team accounts, an inventory API and CRM webhooks.

What GariHub never does

• We never sell, own, import or hold stock of any vehicle, spare part or service listed on GariHub.
• We never take buyer payments, deposits, reservation fees, escrow or commission on any sale.
• We never act as an agent, broker, insurer, lender or transporter — those are independent partners.
• We never guarantee a vehicle's condition, mileage, title or a partner's quotation.

Every price shown on a listing is set by the seller. Every payment for a vehicle, part, inspection, insurance policy, loan or transport job is made directly to that seller or partner, on their terms.

Fees: subscriptions only

Browsing, enquiring, saving searches and comparing vehicles are free for buyers — always. Dealers and professional sellers subscribe monthly, in Kenya Shillings, VAT inclusive.

How dealer & team billing works

1. 1. One subscription per dealership. Billing sits on the dealership account, not on individual users. Team members you invite share the same subscription.
2. 2. Seats follow the plan. Each plan includes a seat limit. Invitations are blocked once the limit is reached — upgrade the plan or remove a member first.
3. 3. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades widen your listing slots, seats and API allowance at once. Downgrades require you to be within the lower limits.
4. 4. Monthly invoices. An invoice is issued for each billing period and stored on your billing history page, together with every plan change and seat-limit update.
5. 5. Cancelling. Cancel any time; listings stay live to the end of the paid period, then move to paused. Your enquiry records and history remain available to you.
6. 6. Owner controls billing. Only the dealership owner can change the plan. Owners and managers can read the billing history and download invoices.

Listings, enquiries and disputes

• Listings are reviewed before going live and may be paused or rejected if details are misleading.
• Enquiries are recorded so both sides have a trail, and so sellers can respond quickly.
• Disputes about a seller or partner can be raised in the app. GariHub moderates conduct and listings — it does not adjudicate money, since no money moves through GariHub.
